No. For the richest experience you connect the agent you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client). If you have no agent of your own, you can send a plain-English request to the Chat Agent Gateway and the SOIS agent does the work and replies.

MCP is the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI agents to tools. Your SOIS workspace is a full MCP server, so any compatible client can connect and every tool a person can use becomes available to your agent. Being open by protocol means you are never locked to one vendor.

Yes. Every business has isolated data, and branded networks each get their own database and storage. Agents are permission-aware: an agent can only use the tools the person it acts for is allowed to use, enforced when tools are offered and again when they run. The platform supports nine languages: English (US and UK), German, French, Italian, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese. The site detects your region and shows the best match, falling back to US English.

Use the data-rights request form to ask us to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict your data. If you use a workspace operated by a branded network, that operator is the controller and the request goes to them; we help them fulfil it.
