Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights over your personal data. You can exercise any of them below. We respond within the timeframes the law requires, and we never ask for payment to handle a request.
If you used a SOIS workspace operated by another organisation (a branded network), that organisation controls your data. Send your request to them; we will help them carry it out.
Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), where the law allows.
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
- Restriction or objection to certain processing.
