Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 May 2026
This is the current published policy. We keep it in plain language and update it as the service evolves; the date above always reflects the latest version.
1. Agreement
By using this website or the SOIS platform you agree to these terms. If you use SOIS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. The service
SOIS provides an agent-native business platform and related tools. We may change, add, or remove features to improve the service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity that happens under it, including actions taken by an AI agent you connect. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe others' rights, or misuse the platform to harm others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other tenants' data.
- You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent and the outcomes they produce.
5. Credits and billing
Launching a workspace is free. Usage is paid from a credit balance and charged per action, as described at the point of use. Network operators may set their own pricing for their tenants. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
SOIS and its underlying software remain ours. You keep ownership of the content and data you put into your workspace. Developers who publish apps grant the licences described in the developer terms.
7. Third-party services
The platform connects to third-party services, including AI providers and payment processors, at your direction. Their terms govern their part, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform. On termination, your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SOIS's place of business. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
